1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you", "user"), and Vrestavia ("Vrestavia", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website, algorithmic software, automated analytical tools, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or interacting with the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Platform and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility and Regulatory Compliance

The Platform is intended solely for users who are at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Users situated in the United Kingdom or other sovereign jurisdictions must ensure that digital asset analysis, cryptocurrency trading tools, and algorithmic market software are permissible under local laws and statutory regulations.

You represent and warrant that you are not listed on any sanctions lists maintained by the United Kingdom HM Treasury, the United Nations, or other recognized authorities. Vrestavia reserves the right to restrict or prohibit access to the Platform from any jurisdiction where digital asset algorithmic operations conflict with local laws.

3. Nature of the Service and Software License

Vrestavia provides cloud-assisted algorithmic calculation engines, market signal synthesizers, and performance modeling tools designed for cryptocurrency, foreign exchange, and equity markets. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform solely for personal, non-commercial analytical purposes.

You explicitly acknowledge that:

Vrestavia does not provide personalized investment advice, financial planning, portfolio management, or broker-dealer execution services.
Outputs generated by the Platform, including algorithmic projections, signal triggers, and risk ratings, are computed through mathematical models and do not guarantee market profitability.
You retain sole discretion and accountability for all trade executions, capital commitments, and third-party exchange configurations.

4. User Accounts and Platform Security

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details and to maintain the confidentiality of your authentication credentials, including two-factor authentication tokens.

You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account. You agree to notify Vrestavia immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access, breach of security, or compromised credentials. Vrestavia shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your account keys or API secrets.

5. Prohibited Conduct

While using the Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following unauthorized activities:

Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or extracting the underlying algorithmic source code or predictive data models of Vrestavia.
Using automated scrapers, web spiders, or data harvesting scripts without prior express written consent.
Interfering with, disrupting, or imposing an unreasonable network load on our servers, data feeds, or security infrastructure.
Utilizing the Platform to execute deceptive market manipulation tactics, spoofing, wash trading, or unauthorized arbitrage exploitations.
Circumventing geographic restrictions, IP rate limits, or user authentication mechanisms.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its entire contents, features, algorithms, formulas, interface designs, trade names, graphics, and documentation are owned exclusively by Vrestavia or its licensors and are protected under copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws of the United Kingdom and international treaties.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vrestavia disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Vrestavia, its directors, employees, or partners be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, capital devaluation, data corruption, or operational interruptions resulting from your reliance on algorithmic indicators.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in London, United Kingdom.

9. Modifications and Contact Information

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued utilization of the Platform following updates signifies your acceptance of modified terms.
